The 13th China-Northeast Asia Expo will be held at Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 23 to 27. Currently, the preparatory work has entered the sprint stage. To ensure the orderly reception work, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Jilin Committee, the Provincial Department of Market Regulation, the Provincial Health Commission, the Provincial Department of Fire and Rescue and the Provincial Department of Public Security recently formed an inspection team to jointly check 16 key reception sites in Changchun, with the purpose of discovering problems, improving the environment, enhancing service quality and reception level, and ensuring the smooth and safe participation of Chinese and foreign guests.
On the morning of September 9, the inspection team visited three reception sites, including Changchun Shangri-La Hotel, Hyatt Hotel and Nanhu Hotel, and conducted inquiries and inspections on the room resources, fire protection, security, price supervision, food sanitation, epidemic prevention and control, environmental facilities and services.
“The reception work of the expo is an important part of Jilin’s image, and at present, all reception sites have made good preparations, but some details still need to be improved,” the inspection team head said. “There is no small matter in the reception work and safety work of the expo, and hopefully, each reception site will seriously take the improvement suggestions put forward by the inspection team and make every effort to ensure the successful completion of the reception task.”
